My interpretation of Leadership v.s Management

If you aim to be successful in no matter what it is you're set out to do you must be both a leader and a manager. Although they are substantial towards achieving a vision, they are incoherently different. There's an old saying that anyone can manage, but not everyone can lead. I actually agree with that statement because it happens in every day life, personally and professionally. I'm sure we can all think of personal deficiencies we have regarding the comparison of the terms and without a doubt we all know someone who is a perfect example. Here's a chart that i agree with, further proving how i think they are different.
