It is a pleasure being apart of this Business Management certification class, headed by Nadine McClain. During the first week of class, we started with a group count of 8, third week in and we're at 9. We all gave introductions about ourselves, job field, and what we hope to take away from this class. Our first assignment was to create a website and blog, I hope viewers can appreciate my efforts as I venture into this new experience. Enjoy!

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
My full name is Kenneisha Morrison and i'm an enthusiastic optimist. I was born and raised in Nassau Bahamas as both an only child and the eldest of 12. I am a multi-passionate person with lots of different skills and diverse interests, full of creativity and ideas. I recently resigned from a job of 3 years as the Operations Assistant & Social Media Manager. I endeavor to become my best self by taking advantage of every opportunity to gain knowledge and sharpen my skills to develop a successful business. I'm currently partnered with my boyfriend- Vaughn, to establish "Mojito Kings": a small bar business specializing in mojitos as well as spirits and liquor. I work great alone and with teams, and in my opinion consider myself to be a great leader. I believe we shouldn't take life so seriously and instead use every opportunity to be loving, kind and understanding while everyone is figuring "it" out. (whatever it may be)
WHAT I HOPE TO TAKE AWAY FROM THIS EXPERIENCE
I've actually done this course before and to sum it all up, it didn't go well, as a result of that everyone that participated in the class were invited to resit. All in all, the same thing I hoped to take away then, still remains. I look forward to understanding the dynamics of achieving and running a successful business as well as strengthening my abilities with participating in team building exercises, decision making, and time management.
